Volunteer
We welcome volunteers at any level of participation, from participation
in our core planning group to spending an hour helping with a
one-time event, and everything in between. We strive to be a "guilt-free"
organization and to find a role for volunteers' individual
interests and talents. Please contact us for the date of our next
monthly meeting or more information on specific volunteer opportunities.
Participate
We hold a range of activities and programs for adults and children
throughout the year. Contact us to be added to our e-mail mailing
list for notification of upcoming events and programs. Please
state whether you would like to be notified of monthly planning
meetings and events, or events only.
Donate
Your dollars can go to work helping Teosinte's students attend school,
and in other humanitarian and development projects. Contact Beth
Soltzberg to find out how you can donate.
Buy
Need a holiday gift or a birthday gift? Give something beautiful
and unique that also provides vital income to the Teosinte women's
sewing cooperative and their partners, the "Asociación
Maya" women's weaving cooperative in Guatemala. Look
for notices announcing our craft sales throughout the year, and
for our table at Arlington's annual Town Day festival.
